Customer Service ~Chapter 7~

I believe customer service skills are important for me to have as an administrative professional for the following reasons because I know as I approach my future career I will be the first to have any contact with my customer. I want to be able to establish a positive relationship with my customer and satisfy them as much as possible to show excellent customer service to them. I will demonstrate excellent customer service by treating all my customers with respect, courtesy, and taking that extra mile if I have to.
