~Chapter 6~ Role as a Leader

This material has helped me think about my future role as a leader in the following ways. I plan to be a nurse manager in my future career. I want to be a manager who is understanding, someone who my employees can come to if the need or have any questions, be a role model and a positive leader for my employees. I also want to give my employees a positive environment to work and motivate them to smile thru a hardworking day. I plan to help and motivate my employees into a great for their future.
