~Chapter 4~ Managing Stress

This material has helped me think about how I manage my stress by relaxing, talking with close family members or friends, and solving the problem for stress. I relax for stress by going to the beach, going to the movies and out to dinner with my husband, and taking time to read to relive my mind from the stress. I also call my mother and talk with her about what I'm stressing out about and she always give me positive feedback on what I was stressed out about. Reading is a favorite hobby I enjoy doing during my free time and reading would be the first I would do to help towards any kind of stress. My goal everyday is try and not to let anything direct me towards short-term stress and long-term stress.
