~Chapter 4~ Managing Stress
This material has helped me think about how I manage my stress by relaxing, talking with close family members or friends, and solving the problem for stress. I relax for stress by going to the beach, going to the movies and out to dinner with my husband, and taking time to read to relive my mind from the stress. I also call my mother and talk with her about what I'm stressing out about and she always give me positive feedback on what I was stressed out about. Reading is a favorite hobby I enjoy doing during my free time and reading would be the first I would do to help towards any kind of stress. My goal everyday is try and not to let anything direct me towards short-term stress and long-term stress.

Workplace Teams *Chapter 3*
One thing I learned about teamwork in this chapter was working together can cause less stress and help with time management when doing tasks and assignments. I also learned how to collaborate with other classmates and I believe getting a chance to experience collaboration will help me in the future with my career.

Personal and Work Characteristics *Chapter 2*
The material in this chapter has helped me recognize that I need to strengthen the following personal and work characteristics so that I portray a positive professional in many different thing in my work area. At my job I would love to sit in my clients or guest chair to see the view of my office and arrange my items in a way they would feel comfortable in my office. Sometimes I can get unorganized with my desk and reading Chapter 2 has giving me great ideas to organize my work desk in a better way. I have strengthen in the way would I prepare my work documents for work so I can impression my coworkers and supervisors with the skills that I have by taking the examples from Chapter 2. Putting all the ideas together out of Chapter 2 for the future of a job I would settle with could make me a successful employer for some someday.
